The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) honored the 2008 Portland Rose Festival with 24 Pinnacle Awards.
We matched last year with nine Gold Awards. We also had eight Silver Awards, and seven Bronze Awards. IFEA announced the winners at the 53nd Annual Convention & Expo in Boise, Idaho on Wednesday, September 10, 2008.
