The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) honored the 2009 Portland Rose Festival
with 17 Pinnacle Awards.
This year we had six Gold Awards, six Silver Awards and five Bronze Awards. IFEA announced the winners at the 54th Annual Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday, September 23, 2009.
