Food Vendors
Food Vendors are those selling food and beverage items in the CityFair Food Court, located centrally inside the event, or in the RoZone concert venue. Full and single food vendors may have a booth in the Food Court; however, ONLY single food vendors are permitted to have a booth in the RoZone.
2013 CityFair Food Vendor applications must be postmarked by March 8, 2013. Spaces will be assigned based on completed applications being approved and payment being received. (Space isn't guaranteed until payment has cleared the bank.)
Each application MUST include:
- Completed Food Vendor Menu Requirements Form (Attached to application)
- Price or range of each item
- A photo or drawing of your booth set-up
Exhibitors
The exhibitor program allows for small business owners and non-profit organizations to sell their consumer products, offer interactive exhibits, and/or provide informational services.
2013 CityFair Exhibitor applications must be postmarked by March 1, 2013. Space will be assigned based upon completed applications being approved and payment being received. (Space isn't guaranteed until payment has cleared the bank.)

- Price or range of each item
- A photo or drawing of your booth set-up
Commercial and Sponsored Exhibits
Includes all commercial organizations offering interactive exhibits, promotional sampling and giveaways, lead generation, services, and/or demonstrating such products and services, etc.
