was created to support the small businesses of downtown Portland. The Rose Festival loves Portland, and loves the small businesses that keep our city the vibrant, diverse place we all love to shop, play, and live. Over the weekend of the CareOregon Starlight Parade,

Start shopping! Receive a digital raffle entry for each check-in to a participating small business. You MUST scan Visit codes before the Purchase codes.
Each purchase earns 3 raffle entries.
Visit as many participating small businesses as possible. Raffle entries double after 3 purchases, triple after 6 and quadruple after 9.
