2024 Rose Festival Queen Appearance Request

Guidelines for requesting an appearance of the Rose Festival Queen:

All requests for an appearance by the Rose Festival Queen (internally and externally) must be submitted via this form and should be received at least three weeks prior to the requested event date.
All requests should be in line with the Rose Festival Foundation's Mission Statement. The Rose Festival Queen does not make appearances for commercial purposes.
The current Queen’s school schedule will take precedence over many activities.
The Rose Festival Queen always makes an appearance with an escort. This escort will be a Board member or Staff person of the Portland Rose Festival Foundation. The PRFF escort will be seated by the Queen at all events.
Any expenses incurred (meals, tickets, parking, etc.) for the Queen and escort will be the responsibility of the hosting organization.
The Rose Festival will not arrange for previous queens to appear instead of the current reigning queen. (Exceptions may be made for Royal Rosarian knighting events only.)
All requests will be evaluated by the Portland Rose Festival Foundation before the Queen and her escort are contacted for confirmation.
Acceptances (or regrets) will be sent via email to the address listed on this form.
