2023 Fred Meyer Junior Parade Results

The Nation’s Oldest and Largest All-Childrens Parade Made Fun the Center of Focus

The 2023 Fred Meyer Junior Parade danced and twirled down NE Sandy Boulevard to the happy tunes of more than 20 middle school marching bands. The first Family Fun Float Award winner is Juniper and Rowan Trolly, created by grandparents Dawn Robins and Steve Law of Portland. The float award winners received a little Red Wagon full of toys and treats. The Rose Festival introduced a new band awards format for all parades in 2023 that selects an overall sweepstakes winner and ranks the bands in a gold, silver or bronze categories.
