Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade Results

With diversity on full display at the Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade, the many faces of Portland and the world shined under sunny skies

There were many Rosie the Riveter guardian look-alikes parading with several original World War II Rosie the Riveters, who were serving as Grand Marshals of the parade.

The Rose Festival updated the awards format for both floats and bands this year. Band judging results are listed in Gold, Silver and Bronze standards - with one band chosen as the overall Sweepstakes winner. Below is the list of winners from the 2023 Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade.
