Local favorite Francis Doo will be a guest artist during the third hour of Sunday's Ukulele Jam, 4:30-5:30pm under the tent on the Rose City Stage. Headliner Andrew Molina from Maui is disappointed to announce a positive COVID test on Saturday will prevent him from performing on Sunday. "I've been waiting for years to perform for my friends at the Rose Festival, and I will be back in the future to play at the Rose Festival Ukulele Jam."

Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Francis Doo started playing ukulele at the age of 12. He is well known for his aloha spirit, playing locally for many years, including hosting weekly Facebook concerts during the two years of pandemic. Doo will be joined by Rose Festival's house band and Angel Ocasio, Rose Festival's artistic director and the leader of Rose Festival's Rose Bud Uke Jammers.

Concert is FREE with regular CityFair admission.
