Heroism is Par for the Course!
The 2010 Rose Festival Golf Tournament tees off on Friday, October 1. With an 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start and a four person scramble format, participating golfers will enjoy a day of fun, fresh air and friendly competition that features both hosted beverage stations and a hosted lunch.
There's still room for those interested to sign up and try their hand at this fun-filled contest. Individuals and business can also sponsor a hole, or give a non-participant contribution.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Portland Rose Festival Foundation and the David Campbell Memorial, which honors Portland Fire and Rescue Firefighters who have fallen in the line of duty. (Visit: PortlandFirefightersMemorial.Org)
