The Portland Rose Festival Foundation's annual MusicFest high school band competition will be held at the Portland Music Company. The top three bands will win cash prizes, gift certificates and a performance time at WaMu Waterfront Village during the Portland Rose Festival, which runs Thursday May 29 - Sunday, June 8, 2008.
